Hi! I'm Tara!

And not only do I understand that frustration, but I am here to show you that there is a better path forward.

Specializing in weight-neutral fitness, I love to help people remember how awesome their bodies are, no matter what their size and shape.

I create a space that feels safe, welcoming, and affirming, with no weigh-ins, no judgment, and no bootcamp energy. I explain the why behind every recommendation and keep everything grounded in evidence, not diet culture, so trust builds alongside strength.

Together, we focus on simple, realistic training that works, even in short sessions or once a week.

The result is more energy, fewer aches, improved mood, and a calmer relationship with movement. People are often surprised by how quickly they feel stronger, capable, and proud of themselves. Instead of dreading workouts, they start to enjoy them.
